Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally worldwide.  International First Class Mail shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 USD and takes approximately 14-21 business days, pending Customs. For International First Class Mail orders, you will be provided with a one-time courtesy scan when your package arrives at the sorting facility.  No tracking number is available for this shipping option.  Delivery time for International First Class Mail is quoted to be 14-21 business days.

For speedier delivery, we also offer International Priority and International Express Mail shipping options for an additional cost.  For International Express Mail orders, your tracking number can be found with your shipment notification.

What are your shipping options?

First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, International First Class Mail, International Priority Mail, and International Express Mail.

Our free shipping offers for both Domestic US and International orders will be sent via First Class Mail. You can always upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional cost by using the shipping options drop down menu at checkout.

We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail shipping over the holidays to ensure delivery in a timely manner.

Is there a tracking number for my shipment?

For Domestic US orders, your tracking number can be found with your shipment notification.

For International First Class and Priority Mail orders, you will be provided with a one-time courtesy scan when your package arrives at the sorting facility.  No tracking number is available for this shipping option.  Delivery time for International First Class Mail is quoted to be approximately 14-21 business days, pending Customs.

For International Express Mail orders, your tracking number can be found with your shipment notification.

When will my order arrive?

For Domestic US orders, your tracking number can be found with your shipment notification.

What if my package has not arrived within the estimated time frame?

Once the package is checked into the sorting facility, LYNKtec is no longer liable for the tracking or delivery of your shipment. Please contact the United States Postal Service with any questions. For international orders, contact your local postal service, as the USPS will hand off your shipment to your country's equivalent shipping provider.

Will I be charged Customs fees and/or duties?

International customers may be subject to Customs fees and/or duties. LYNKtec is not responsible for paying any shipping and/or import taxes and/or duties in other countries around the world.

Do you ship to APO/AE addresses?

Yes. We will gladly ship any of our products to APO/AE addresses. If you need assistance with placing your order, please contact us at support@lynktec.com or +1 855 558 5965.

Where can I purchase your products internationally?

Our products are available internationally through our website.  We are currently working with distributors in order to be available in international venues.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes.  We offer a one year-limited warranty on our products.  Please refer to our warranty policy here.

What screens does the TruGlide work with?

All of our styluses, which feature the TruGlide technology (microfiber conductive tip) are designed to work with any capacitive touchscreen, including the iPad, iPhone, Android, Nook, Kindle, and more.  We guarantee that it will work remarkably well with all capacitive touchscreens!

Does the TruGlide only work with the iPhone?

No.  The TruGlide Stylus is compatible with the all of the iPad models, iPhone models, Android devices, and all eReaders, Tablets, and Smart Phones with capacitive touchscreens.

Will the TruGlide work with all versions of the iPad?

Yes.  The TruGlide is compatible with all versions of the iPad, including the iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad Mini, and the new iPad.

Does the TruGlide work with screen protectors?

Yes.  Depending on the screen protector, you may see a slight decrease in the functionality of the stylus.  This is true of any stylus since the screen protector puts a thin layer between your finger, stylus, or any other device and your screen.

Can the TruGlide Stylus be used in any drawing application?

Yes.  The TruGlide Stylus functions even better and more precisely than your finger to draw on your iPad or other touchscreen.

Do you sell replacement tips (nibs) for the TruGlide?

We offer a one-year limited warranty on our TruGlide Stylus, including the tips.  Since the TruGlide’s patented conductive microfiber tip is more durable than rubber, we do not find it necessary to offer replacements.

Will the TruGlide tip scratch my screen?

No.  The TruGlide is constructed of patented conductive microfibers that feel like silk and are designed to glide across your screen, not scratch it.  In fact, one strand is 10x finer than silk and 100x smaller than a fine strand of cotton fiber.

Why is TruGlide the best?

Relative to a rubber tipped stylus, the TruGlide tip is much firmer, mimicking a fingertip, but with greater accuracy, needing less resistance on a touchscreen.  The conductive microfiber tip is designed to glide across the screen, without the skipping that takes place with a rubber tip.  The woven microfiber is also 10 times more durable than the rubber tip, lasting through lots of regular use.  In fact, we are so confident in our product that it comes with a one year limited warranty.

What do I do if I think my stylus is defective?

What pen refills do I use for the TruGlide Duo?

The TruGlide Duo utilizes high quality ball point pen refills such as Parker which can be purchased at most office supply stores.

Can I wash the microfiber tip on my TruGlide Stylus with soap and water?

No. We do not recommend washing the microfiber tip, as it will decrease the life of your TruGlide Stylus and may cause the tip to lose its functionality.

How can I clean the microfiber tip on my TruGlide Stylus?

We recommend cleaning your TruGlide Stylus by gently brushing off the tip with a microfiber cleaning cloth to remove any dirt or residue. Check out our Smartie Microfiber Cloths, which are made of high quality microfiber designed to pick up 99.9% of bacteria, dirt and germs off surfaces.

Is the Artist Paintbrush Tip made with animal hair?

No. The Artist Paintbrush Tip is not made with hair of any kind, including animal or human hair.

What makes the Smartie antibacterial?

The combination of high quality microfiber and the right knitting process allow the microfiber cloths to pick up 99.9% of bacteria, dirt and germs off surfaces. Microfiber consists of backwards triangular shapes that attract and trap the dirt, dust and bacteria, making for a safe and effective cleaning process.

Do I need to use a liquid cleaner with the Smartie?

No.  In fact, most manufacturers do not recommend using liquid cleaners with your devices.  The Smartie is designed to safely and effectively clean your touchscreens without the use of harmful alcohol or ammonia-based cleaners or wipes.  It features a plush side to pick up the dirt, oil, and smudges from your screens and lenses and a silky side to polish them.  The Smartie is also machine washable so that you can continue to use it again and again!

What items can I use the Smartie with?

The Smartie is not only great for cleaning all touchscreens such as tablets and smart phones, but for all glasses, lenses, TVs, laptops, gaming devices, and more!

Can I use the Smartie to clean makeup off my phone?

Yes.  The Smartie is designed to effectively clean all makeup, oil, sweat, dirt, and more off your phone with ease.  It is also machine washable so that you can continue to use it again and again!

Will the Smartie scratch my screen?

No.  The Smartie is constructed of 100% deluxe microfibers that feel like silk and are designed to pick up dirt, oil, and debris from your screen without scratching it.  In fact, one strand of our microfiber is 10x finer than silk and 100x smaller than a fine strand of cotton fiber.

Can I wash my Smartie?

Yes.  The Smartie is machine washable in cold water and can be tumble dried on low.

How do I use the Smartie?

First, use the plush side of the Smartie to clean to dirt and smudges from your screen.  Wipe in a circular motion until all debris has disappeared. Next, use the silky side to polish your screen back to its original shine using the same circular motion.

Returns

Refund / Exchange Policy

If you purchased a product directly from the LYNKtec website or through an authorized retailer and are unhappy with your purchase, we are glad to offer a 30-day refund as described in this policy.

Please email support@lynktec.com within 30 days of purchase, and our support team will provide you with instructions on how to complete the return process.

The following information will be required:

1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Place of Purchase (i.e. LYNKtec website, Amazon)
4. Reason for Return

A refund will only be issued if the product meets the following requirements:

Item must be in new condition, operational, and in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product.

You will be responsible for shipping the returned item back to LYNKtec, postage prepaid. We recommend using a shipping service with proper tracking information and insuring the product against loss or damage. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying Customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

LYNKtec is not liable for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error or do not reach us. We will also not accept returned items that, at our discretion, have been worn, misused, or damaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will verify the condition of the item, and process the return for a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the form of the original payment. At our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned merchandise. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting our support team by calling +1(855) 558-5965, or via email at support@lynktec.com.

PLEASE NOTE:
LYNKtec does not control when your specific credit card company processes a charge back transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge back.

All sales of customized items are final. Such items are unique and cannot be resold, and, as such, they may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.


Cancellation

All order cancellations should be submitted via email to support@lynktec.com. Email cancellations must contain the following information: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.
