This Site is operated by Lynktec and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Lynktec," "we," or "our"). We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents from the Site.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, interrupt or terminate the availability of the Site, in whole or in part, to you and any other user or person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site, materials or any linked site is to stop using the site, materials or linked site, as applicable. All trademarks, service marks and trade name of Lynktec used herein are trademarks of Lynktec, registered in the U.S. and other countries. Other Lynktec product or service names or logos referenced in the Site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Lynktec or trademarks licensed to Lynktec. The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of Lynktec’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo. All other products and company names mentioned in the Contents or the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Copyright Statement

All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Lynktec and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Lynktec’s logos, products and service names are exclusively licensed to Lynktec. Except as noted above, any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this Site without the express written consent of Lynktec is prohibited.

Warranty

At Lynktec, we believe that our products should be of the highest quality and we will work hard to solve any problem that may occur with our products.

We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on Lynktec products purchased through our website and authorized retailers. Lynktec’s obligation to this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part of the product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the one-year period, commencing from date of purchase. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

TruGlide and Apex tips (nibs) are consumable items which are expected to wear over time and will require eventual replacement as a result of normal usage, but will be replaced if found defective.

This limited warranty does not cover damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non- Lynktec product, even if packaged or sold with the product.

Lynktec has the right to replace, repair, or in other ways, return the product to normal working order. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


Making a Warranty Claim

Please check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for help or feel free to contact our support team anytime at support@lynktec.com or by calling +1 855 558 5965 from 9am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you believe that your product requires warranty service, you will be asked to send the defective product to us, postage prepaid, for a QA evaluation. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with a note describing the suspected defect. You can request an RMA by contacting our support team at
support@lynktec.com or +1 855 558 5965.

Lynktec reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis.


Refund Policy

If you purchased a product directly from the Lynktec website and are unhappy with your purchase, we are glad to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase, as described in this policy.

Please email support@lynktec.com within 30 days of purchase, and our support team will provide you with instructions on how to complete the return process.

The following information will be required:

1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Place of Purchase (i.e. Lynktec website, Amazon)
4. Reason for Return

A refund will only be issued if the product meets the following requirements:

Item must be in new condition, operational, and inside of its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product.

You will be responsible for shipping the returned item back to Lynktec, postage prepaid. We recommend using a shipping service with proper tracking information and insuring the product against loss or damage. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying Customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

Lynktec is not liable for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error, or do not reach us. We will also not accept returned items that, at our discretion, have been worn, misused, or damaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will verify the condition of the item, and process the return for a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the form of the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

At our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned merchandise. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting our support team at support@lynktec.com or +1 855 558 5965.

PLEASE NOTE:
Lynktec does not control when your specific credit card company processes a charge back transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge back.

All sales of customized items are final. Such items are unique and cannot be resold, and, as such, they may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Cancellation

All order cancellations should be submitted via email to support@lynktec.com. Email cancellations must contain the following information: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.
