+ What are your shipping options?

We are pleased to offer a variety of different United States Postal Service shipping options such as First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, International First Class Mail, International Priority Mail, and International Priority Mail Express.

Our free shipping offers for both domestic and international orders will be sent via First Class Mail. You can always upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for an additional cost by using the “shipping options” drop down menu at checkout.

We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail shipping over the holidays to ensure delivery in a timely manner.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally and we are pleased to offer a variety of different United States Postal Service shipping options.

+ Will I be charged Customs fees and/or duties?

International shipments may be subject to Customs fees including taxes and/or duties. We are not responsible for paying Customs fees, taxes, or duties for products shipped to an international destination.

+ Do you ship to APO/AE addresses?

Yes. We will gladly ship any of our products to APO/AE addresses. If you need assistance with placing your order, please contact us.

+ When will my order ship?

Once your order has been successfully received, it will typically ship within one business day. We will notify you with a shipment notification email once your order has been processed.

+ Where can I find my order status and tracking information?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email from us which will include the appropriate tracking information for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the shipping carrier's website.

+ When will my order arrive?

Delivery times will vary depending on both the shipping method selected and delivery location.

For orders shipping within the United States, the tracking number for the package can be found within your shipment notification email.

For International First Class Mail and International Priority Mail orders, you will be provided with a courtesy scan when your package arrives at the shipping carrier's sorting facility. No tracking information will be available once the package has departed the United States. The estimated transit time for International First Class Mail is estimated to be approximately 14-21 business days, pending Customs.

For International Priority Mail Express orders, your tracking number can be found within your shipment notification email.

Transit times for all domestic and international shipping methods are estimated.

Domestic First Class Mail: 2-8 Business Days
Domestic Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
Domestic Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days

International First Class Mail: 14-21 Business Days (pending Customs)
International Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days (pending Customs)
International Priority Mail Express: 3-5 Business Days (pending Customs)

+ What if my package has not arrived within the estimated time frame?

Once a package has been checked into the shipping carrier's sorting facility, Lynktec is no longer liable for the tracking or delivery of the shipment. Please contact the United States Postal Service with any questions.

For international orders, please contact your local postal service directly, as the shipping carrier will hand off the shipment to your country's equivalent shipping carrier.
