The one that came on it is still working just fine even though I've done days worth of work with it. I have no review on how the replacements are going to work but I assume they will be the same.

I haven't had to replace a nib yet, but went through the process just to see.  They are very easy to replace.  The nibs seem to wear better than the rubber tipped Apex find point.  They glide across the screen.
