Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Once your order has been successfully received, it will typically be processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted at the time your order is placed.  You will receive a shipment notification email when your order has been processed for shipment.

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.

We are pleased to offer a variety of United States Postal Service shipping options including First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. When applicable, free shipping offers for orders will be sent via First Class Mail.

You can always upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for an additional cost by using the “shipping options” drop down menu at checkout. We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping over the holidays to ensure delivery in a timely manner.

We will gladly ship our products to APO/AE addresses. If you need assistance with placing your order, please contact us.

Please verify that your shipping address has been entered correctly prior to submitting your order, as a shipping label will be created using the exact information entered at the time your order is placed.  Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you via email to notify you.  We will be glad to re-ship the package to you at an additional shipping cost which will be invoiced via PayPal.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email which will include the appropriate tracking information for your order.  Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the shipping carrier's website.

Delivery times will vary depending on both the shipping method selected and delivery location.  For First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express orders, your tracking number can be found within your shipment notification email. 

Transit times for all shipping methods are estimated and can vary slightly depending on the efficiency of the shipping carrier.  Below are the estimated transit times for each shipping option:

First Class Mail: 2-8 business days 
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days 
Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

Once a package has been checked into the shipping carrier's sorting facility, we are no longer liable for the tracking or delivery of the shipment, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the United States Postal Service with any questions.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted via email to support@lynktec.com. Please provide the following information when requesting your order cancellation:

1. First and Last Name
2. Email Address
3. Order Number

This information must be identical to the information submitted on your order.  We will be in contact to let you know if your request has been processed.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request providing your order has not been processed or shipped.  We will be unable to cancel your order once the package has left our facility.

International Orders

Yes, we do ship internationally.  We are also pleased to offer a variety of different United States Postal Service international shipping options.

For international shipments, packages will originate with the United States Postal Service and the package will then be transferred over to your country’s equivalent shipping carrier once it has departed the United States.

We are pleased to offer a variety of United States Postal Service shipping methods including International First Class Mail, International Priority Mail, and International Priority Mail Express. 

When applicable, free shipping offers for international orders will be sent via International First Class Mail. You can always upgrade to International Priority Mail or International Priority Mail Express for an additional cost by using the “shipping options” drop down menu at checkout.

Orders shipping to an address outside of the United States are subject to Customs fees including taxes and/or duties.  These fees will vary depending on the value of the order and the policies in the country where the package is being delivered.  We are not responsible for paying Customs fees, taxes, or duties on products shipped to an international destination.  The recipient of the package is responsible for any additional delivery fees required.

For more specific information on how these fees are calculated, please contact your country’s local Office of Exchange or equivalent shipping carrier to the United States Postal Service.
