Your battery adapter works fine. I use it frequently. The issue is the lighting adapter. It sometimes sticks to the charged device (ie. I Phone, iPad) isn’t noticed when disconnecting and then ,because of the tiny size, gets lost. So a new one needs to be purchased .
These little converters are very handy as they are very small but do the job perfectly of converting a micro-USB to Apple's lightning plug.
This is my 4th one which I use 2 at a time for conviene. I have tried others If I have forgotten it at home or work and I’m never happy. This power bank gives me the security I need to know it will get me through my day.

Items lightning adapter broke after first use. Separated at cover and plug stuck in iPhone. Emailed for replacement and rep was extremely courteous, helpful and genuinely interested in resolving. New adapter sent quickly....hopefully new one will last.
